• Content you upload. Product photos, flat-lay images, packaging mockups, 3D files, and other materials you upload so the Services can generate on-model visuals for you.
• Payment information. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive transaction records (plan, amount, status) but do not store your full card number.
• Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken in the product, collected via cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics on our website.
• Communications. Messages you send us, such as support requests to support@tintin-x.com.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including generating your visuals.
• Process payments and manage credits, plans, and billing.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about your account.
• Send product updates and marketing you can opt out of at any time.

Your uploaded images and generated visuals

You retain ownership of the content you upload. We use it to operate the Services — for example, to render your on-model product images. We do not sell your uploaded content, and we do not use your identifiable content to train models available to other customers without your consent.

How we share information

• Service providers. Hosting, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, payment, and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of TinTin, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.
